In a company where there are several business units that each have their own engineering change processes, how do you design an EC process that is standardized and flexible at the same time? Using custom task form templates and smaller business unit specific workflow processes invoked from a larger enterprise type of process can provide the business units the flexibility they require while giving the IT staff the benefits of lower maintenance on a single process. An example implementation will be presented in this webinar as well as details on how to create custom task form templates that can be used to change the contents of user assigned activities that are generated as part of a workflow process.
